Our guides today took us to local markets in Galle to learn about all the fresh ingredients that make up Sri Lanka’s flavoursome and fragrant recipes. We then proceed to a local’s home to take part in a Sri Lankan cooking class followed by a delicious dinner! We conjured up some Ambulthiyal fish curry, lentil dhal, eggplant curry and something sweet for dessert. We love how tours are including such local flavor these days!/susan
